Data connections are specific, configured integrations, not a general-purpose public API or app marketplace. Laboratory connections need per-lab setup; card payments run in test mode until live keys are connected.

Multi-tenant companies
Each practice, clinic or laboratory is its own tenant. Records are stamped with the tenant and checked server-side on every read and write.

Hosted on Base44 infrastructure, which holds SOC 2 attestation at platform level. Clinarivo itself is not independently SOC 2 certified, and GDPR support describes design controls; each practice remains the data controller responsible for its own compliance.
