For laboratories & partners

Orders arrive clean. Results flow back structured.

Receive coded, consented orders from verified practices, and return results that land straight in the clinician's review queue.

console for orders & results

What it does today

1

Accreditation-aware routing

Orders go to labs holding the accreditation each region requires (UKAS, ENAS, CAP / CLIA, COLA).

2

Test offerings & pricing

Publish your catalogue and buy prices. Routing compares them for every order.

3

Lab console

Your own workspace with incoming orders, status updates and invited lab staff.

4

Result ingestion

Results via an ingestion endpoint or manual entry, with reference ranges parsed and flags derived.

5

Interoperable coding

SNOMED CT, LOINC, CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 codes recorded against each order line.

6

Consent & provenance

Every order carries its consent record and an immutable snapshot of the requested items.

Security, privacy & tenancy

Database-centred by design

Every test, price, patient, order, result, role and region rule lives as a structured database record. No hard-coded catalogues, every change traceable.

Multi-tenant companies

Each practice, clinic or laboratory is its own tenant. Records are stamped with the tenant and checked server-side on every read and write.

Group hierarchy

Link sites under a parent organisation (hospital group or network) with roll-up visibility across its sites.

Layered user permissions

Owner, admin, manager and viewer roles, plus custom roles with per-module permissions, SSO (Microsoft / Google) and bulk user provisioning.

Privacy by design (GDPR)

Built to support UK/EU GDPR: patient-controlled access grants, recorded and withdrawable consent, private file storage and account deletion.

Audit and provenance

Access changes, clinical actions and AI extractions are logged with who, what and when, so every decision can be explained.

Hosted on Base44 infrastructure, which holds SOC 2 attestation at platform level. Clinarivo itself is not independently SOC 2 certified, and GDPR support describes design controls; each practice remains the data controller responsible for its own compliance.

Why it matters

Higher-quality requests

Fewer rejected samples

Faster turnaround to clinician

Clear, auditable order history

Capabilities listed are built into Clinarivo today. Regulatory frameworks and official databases are shown for orientation only: Clinarivo stores standard codes (SNOMED CT, LOINC, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) on records, but does not connect live to these databases and holds no certification. Each organisation remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance.
