1.1 Complete your health profile

- Sign in and open My Health → My Tests.
- Select Edit profile on your profile card.
- Work through each short step and select Next. Back returns to the previous step without losing anything.
- On the last step choose whether your data may be analysed by AI, then Save.
Guardrails
- You can change your answers at any time.
- If you have no allergies, tick 'No known allergies' so your clinician knows you were asked.
1.2 Order a test
Who: You.
- Open Track my tests → Order Tests and add the tests you need.
- Confirm your details and give consent for the test.
- Pay by card, enter your membership number, or choose your insurer.
- If a blood sample is needed, book a collection appointment when prompted.
Guardrails
- Card payments only work in the published app, not inside a preview window.
1.3 View your results
Who: You.
- Open My Tests. Each order shows a tracker: sent, sample awaited, in lab, resulted.
- Once your clinician releases a result, open it to see values and reference ranges.
- Select Explain for a plain-English summary.
Guardrails
- Explanations are general information. Discuss any concern with your clinician.
1.4 Use the Health Advisor
Who: You.
- Open Get care advice → Health Advisor.
- Describe your symptoms or question in your own words.
- Follow the advice, including any safety warning shown at the top.
Guardrails
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately — do not wait for the advisor.
1.5 Check your medicines
Who: You.
- Open Medication Check.
- Enter every medicine, supplement and over-the-counter product.
- Run the check and read each finding.
Guardrails
- Never stop or change a medicine without speaking to your clinician or pharmacist.
1.6 Manage your membership
Who: You.
- Open Manage my practice → My Membership.
- Check your plan, membership number and tests used this period.
- Request an upgrade or cancel. Your practice confirms changes.
Guardrails
- Your reason for cancelling is kept exactly as you wrote it.

Who: You.
- Open Consent Manager.
- Find a practice and grant access, or revoke an existing grant.
- Review your consent history at any time.
Guardrails
- Revoking access takes effect immediately for the practice concerned.
